Sanchez & Amador, LLP

Join S&A

We are selective about our clients and the matters we agree to handle, actively seeking out the most challenging and interesting work possible. We are just as selective about the professionals we invite to join us. The sophistication of our practice and the expectations of our clients make outstanding written and oral communications skills an absolute requirement for all employees.

opportunities for professional growth

In addition to firm-paid CLE, all firm professionals are actively mentored by senior attorneys. Associates are given significant responsibility, meaningful oversight by experienced senior attorneys, and regular client contact with executives and in-house counsel.

Associates are actively encouraged to develop their own client base and are financially rewarded for doing so. More importantly, just as with technical lawyering skills, senior attorneys mentor junior attorneys with business development skills and contacts.

diversity is important to us

We pride ourselves on the unique backgrounds of our lawyers and staff, each with a different perspective but united in the common goals of excellence, ethically serving our clients, and learning from one another. The firm does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, national origin, disability, pregnancy or any other classification protected by law. We embrace diversity as a core strength.

We actively participate in the California Minority Counsel Program (www.cmcp.org), the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (www.namwolf.org),  and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (www.mcca.com), and similar organizations dedicated to improving opportunities for attorneys of color and women in the profession.

applications for employment

If these qualities appeal to you, we encourage you to apply for employment with us by emailing a cover letter, resume, and list of references to our Office Administrator, Sylvana Gabrielle, at gabrielle@sanchez-amador.com. Please do not contact us by phone or fax regarding employment. Please note that we generally do not hire first year lawyers nor support staff without significant law firm experience.
