Sanchez Amador & Reyes handles sensitive workplace investigations for a wide range of employers, including Fortune 500 companies, high-growth technology companies, and major non-profit organizations. Most of our investigations involve allegations against C-Suite executives or an entire department or facility. We handle the full investigative process—from the moment a concern is raised to the delivery of actionable findings—with precision, discretion, and professionalism. We begin by assessing each complaint to determine scope, urgency, and potential risk, ensuring that every matter is handled in accordance with applicable laws, workplace policies, and best practices. Our investigators conduct thorough, fair, and confidential interviews using proven, trauma-informed techniques to elicit accurate and complete information. Our team delivers comprehensive, impartial, and legally sound investigations that not only withstand legal scrutiny, but also provide the foundation to support corrective action, policy enhancements, and/or training initiatives.

Beyond individual matters, we also advise management, HR, and in-house counsel on internally conducted investigations in order to assess legal and litigation risk. Several of our employment lawyers are fluent in Spanish and all have extensive litigation experience, enabling them to conduct effective and evidentiarily sound investigations in a wide variety of workplace environments.
