Brittaney D. de la Torre manages single-plaintiff employment litigation in state and federal courts and private arbitration. She has significant experience handling cases involving allegations of sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and failure to accommodate. Brittaney also conducts sensitive internal investigations for employers.

Prior to joining Sanchez & Amador, Brittaney represented plaintiffs in employment litigation, including as an associate with the most successful plaintiff-side employment trial firm in California, Shegerian & Associates. Brittaney was recently named a 2022 Fellow in National Employment Law Council Academy, an advanced skills training program for competitively selected employment defense associates. She received an Honorable Mention for Best Oral Advocate in the UC Hastings Moot Court program and worked as a Fellow with the Employment Law Division in the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney. Brittaney is proficient in spoken Spanish.
