All firm professionals are actively mentored by senior attorneys. Associates are given significant responsibility, meaningful oversight by experienced senior attorneys, and regular client contact with executives and in-house counsel. Associates who wish to develop their own clients are financially rewarded for doing so. More importantly, in addition to developing technical lawyering skills, senior attorneys mentor junior attorneys to help them acquire business development skills and contacts. Attorneys who wish to engage in professional organizations are actively encouraged and supported in doing so.
