Protecting Undocumented Workers Through Labor Arbitration: The Need to Repeal the Agricultural and Domestic Worker Exemption Under the NLRA

Chase E. Dean represents major national and international employers in employment and wage & hour litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration. Before joining Sanchez & Amador, Chase was an associate with Jackson Lewis, where he managed PAGA cases, wage and hour class actions, and single-plaintiff employment litigation.

Chase received a Juris Doctor and Master of Art in Public Policy and Management dual degree from the Ohio State University in 2021. Chase served as Editor In Chief of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, where he authored Protecting Undocumented Workers through Labor Arbitration: The Need to Repeal the Agricultural and Domestic Worker Exemption Under the NLRA. During the first summer of law school Chase served as an Administrative Law Intern at the Federal Election Commission. Chase received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.
