Chase E. Dean represents major national and international employers in employment and wage & hour litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration. Before joining Sanchez Amador & Reyes, Chase was an associate with Jackson Lewis, where he handled PAGA cases, wage and hour class actions, and single-plaintiff employment litigation.

Chase received a Juris Doctor and Master of Art in Public Policy and Management dual degree from the Ohio State University in 2021. Chase served as editor-in-chief of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, where he authored Protecting Undocumented Workers Through Labor Arbitration: The Need to Repeal the Agricultural and Domestic Work Exemption Under the NLRA. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, Chase served one year as an Administrative Law Intern to the Federal Election Commission.

Chase is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. In 2025, Chase was chosen as a Fellow of the National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy, an advanced skills training program for competitively selected employment defense associates.
