Jamie has substantial experience litigating single-plaintiff, class and collective actions, and responding to agency investigations. She has represented employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and National Labor Relations Board, as well as the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement and city agencies throughout California.
Jamie provides counsel on all aspects of human resources management, including discipline and termination, leaves, layoffs, wage and hour issues, commission plans, employment contracts, executive compensation, and employee policies. She also trains supervisors and management on a full range of labor and employment issues, and conducts and advises on sensitive workplace investigations. In labor matters, Jamie works with employers to address organizing campaigns, strikes and protests, unfair labor practice charges and in arbitration under collective bargaining agreements.
