Nikki H. Kolhoff advises clients in a variety of commercial finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral financings, cross border loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, cash-flow loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans and subordinated indebtedness. She represents major banks, financial institutions and private equity sponsors as agents and lenders in financial transactions. Ms. Kolhoff also represents private equity sponsors and companies as borrowers and issuers of debt.

Ms. Kolhoff has significant experience across a broad spectrum of commercial industries including manufacturing, technology/software, apparel, personal care products, private equity, real estate, homebuilding, infrastructure, government health care receivables, life settlements and automotive. She has also advised clients in connection with the restructuring of credit facilities.

Ms. Kolhoff began her legal career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in their Finance and Restructuring Group. Prior to joining Sanchez & Amador, Ms. Kolhoff was a Partner in Reed Smith LLP’s Financial Industry Group. She also served as special in-house counsel in Wells Fargo Bank’s Law Department. Prior to law school, Ms. Kolhoff was an environmental consultant at an international environmental services company.

Ms. Kolhoff received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2001. She graduated Order of the Coif and was an Articles Editor for the Southern California Law Review. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable A. Howard Matz in the United States District Court, Central District of California. Ms. Kolhoff earned her BA in Biology in 1994 from Yale University, where she was also a member of the Varsity Swim Team.
