Patricia Arias Musitano represents major national employers in single-plaintiff employment litigation. She also represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including claims for breach of contract, product liability, defamation, fraud, and other business torts. Patricia has over 25 years of experience handling all phases of litigation, including investigation, strategic analysis, law and motion, settlement negotiations, trial, and binding arbitration. Patricia has particular skill working with expert witnesses to prepare them for maximum impact at trial.

Prior to joining Sanchez & Amador, Patricia was a litigation partner with Locke Lord (formerly Lord Bissell & Brook). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Florida in 1994 and her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1998. She interned for the Hon. Shelby Highsmith, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. She is admitted to practice before all California state and U.S. District Courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. In 2011, Patricia was awarded Public Counsel’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. Patricia is fluent in written and spoken Spanish and is based in S&A’s Los Angeles office.
